New year resolutions
5 years ago, I feel exhausted to life pressure and wanted to changed my destiny, I promise myself and set a goal, Deep in heart ,this become my motivation to fight for my destiny. I want to achieve my goals

3 years ago, I set my university ‘ goals , I told myself to complete it before I graduated , now still leave one year for me to achieve the remaining goal and tasks. I will and I can

Let stop thinking about miserable moments and forgive those gaffe, think for a bright future and be better as we can.

Happiness is just like a light, u not need to observe as it is already with you,
Let embrace life with neither regret nor sad,
Live with passionate and think with optimistic.”

2011 I challenge myself with new resolutions and 11 tasks to be done in 2011. It is not just a joke, 365 days and actions will walk the talk. Light’s task :
1.Light will earn more than RM10k in 1 year. Salary + extra income .....
2.Professional behavior and mind (Let meet Light with hope and joy)

3.Prepare light Business Proposals/plan ( It is all about concept and planning , execution , control)
4.Joining in an event for final competition. (as the training began…..)

5.Practical Public speaking , this is a new challenging task to be completed with no fear.
6.Training to run in an International run for 21KM category, In fact , I love jogging and training for a better health and stamina.

7.Travel in a new journey , I want to go somewhere which I never went before
8.Improve continuous my weakness, (this is real critical review of my weakness, I going to challenge myself to change some avoidable weakness.)

9.Improve my language ( my annual resolutions, this time I must and do for it)
10.Planning for sometime different, It was a long time ago since I not applied my leadership skills, well new year going to a new planning and critical thinking.

11.Apply two principal in life which I always believe in my heart.

The 11 tasks seem to be impossible to me, but I still believe if we have try our best, there is sufficient to outperform ourselves. One year later, let see what is still in my mind and do the task completeness checklist. Let my blog always remind me that to complete those tasks in 2011.
Nothing is impossible , think LIGHT and go for it.

7th day

New email and New Id for my training
just feel like i am a new staff rather than as a trainee.
new assignment and new skills
soft skills improvement
minimum office politics
systematic procedures
good environment
friendly staffs
technological advancement
knowledge enhancement
bright career prospect
well all this is gonna be a good experience for light

6th day

6th day, every day is a new day
every day i will be learning something new
and light is determine to improve continuous everyday
last few days , i just prepared letters and waited for any new task
every time i asked anything else , the response given was "nothing to do"
then i knew i have no choice but to upgrade my tax knowledge by studying the " tax guide " in order to let the time pass by,
everyday will learning different task of calling officer ,
informing client, operating office machine :type writer, printing machine, photostat machine , fax machine , letter procedures,
Well: " tax is about procedures and regulations "
Different company different policies
6th day , finally Supervisor directly guide me on overview on software and tax computation, the remaining part still let me to discover and to learn about it.
now start to feel the the challenging part is beginning
since the task is on corporate tax with lot of works to be done.
it glad to learn about database , tax software, and advancement of systematic procedures
the easy task is involve extracting information but the challenging parts is about applying knowledge on it.
perhaps accounting is like that:
"the worse about accounting is work like no life and tedious work tasks"
"while the beautiful about accounting is technical analysis , judgment and communication "

lesson of the day : be energetic to learn something new everyday

1st day

Nice kick start...
the company provide me with electronic card , desk key ,company files and computer.
haha, perhaps it will be my greatest weapon to fight with "war"( working under pressure in order to meet dateline)
this is my third company for my accounting practise,
My observation told me that each company really has their own competitive strength.
well the time will let me know which is the best practice for accounting firm

so how was my 1st days?
My 1st job is to prepare letters for all subsidiaries under a public listed company
and i can not believe my last job of the day is to read 2010 budget and wait to go home.
haha
I know the challenging part is yet to come
